Description:
I was contracted to conduct a building survey, develop life safety plans and signage for a mental and behavioral health center in that complied with the IBC and OSHA standards. The main campus buildings were converted from an an orphanage in the early 1960's. Phase 1 of my survey and documentation included The first floor of the coping and wellness units and Hutchinson pavilion which includes classroom spaces for youth educational programs.
This project is ongoing the next segments of the building to be addressed are the executive offices and auxiliary media rooms.
